Not only do you have to figure out the place to play and put
all the work into creating and running your campaign, you also have to be a
cheerleader, manager, and social worker. At the table the GM has to manage
screen time for the PCs, make rulings, juggle NPCs, keep notes, pay attention
to maps and often play host with snacks and drinks and such.
If you are lucky, you have a group that understands and
